Senior AI/ML Mentor

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train junior team members in Python, AI, and Machine Learning concepts.
• Guide the team in applying AI/ML techniques to real business problems and customer use cases.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.
• Work closely with the management to track progress and ensure training goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks/libraries.
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior engineers or fresh graduates.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in large organizations and handling client-focused AI/ML projects

  (not limited to academic work).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Prior experience in conducting technical training or corporate workshops.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
