AI Automation Engineer/Workflow Architect

As a Senior AI Automation Engineer / Workflow Architect at VAYNE Global, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a cross-company automation infrastructure to enable high-speed execution, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across VIONIX, VARUN, VYRONIS, and VITUS Law. Your role involves architecting multi-step workflows, integrating APIs, building AI-driven tools, automating sales and PR processes, architecting Notion dashboards, and developing internal AI agents for various business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Designing multi-step workflows and integrating APIs - Building AI-driven tools and automating sales and PR processes - Architecting Notion dashboards and developing internal AI agents - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into automated systems - Supporting areas such as pharma workflow optimization, luxury brand operations, biotech research coordination, regulatory documentation, and founder-level intelligence systems - Troubleshooting integration failures, workflow bottlenecks, and system inefficiencies - Converting complex operational requirements into technical solutions Qualifications: - Proven experience in automation engineering, AI workflow design, or systems integration - Proficiency with tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, Google Workspace, HubSpot/Airtable/Notion, and related integration platforms - Hands-on experience designing and maintaining end-to-end automation pipelines - Ability to build AI-assisted workflows and intelligent agent-based processes - Familiarity with automation for creative operations, PR systems, sales pipelines, and regulatory workflows - Strong analytical skills and technical judgment - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Information Systems, Robotics, or related field Join VAYNE Global and be a part of building the digital nervous system of a rapidly growing multi-company organization.,
