The environment is fast-moving, engineering-first, and output-driven. You’ll translate architectural direction into stable, secure, documented releases—shipped weekly. Core Responsibilities Implement and maintain features across Next.js / React and Django or NestJS stacks. Design and manage database schemas ( Postgres + pgvector ) and RESTful APIs. Integrate third-party services (Auth0/OIDC, S3, email, analytics, payments). Ensure CI/CD reliability, code review hygiene, and documentation parity. Enforce security and privacy standards (OWASP, GDPR, secrets management). Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Mentor peers, assist with QA, and maintain high test coverage. Outcomes / KPIs Ship usable increments weekly ; ≥ 90 % sprint completion. Maintain < 3 critical bugs per release ; P95 API latency within target. Test coverage and documentation improve quarter-over-quarter. Mean lead time from commit → deploy ≤ 24 hours on routine updates. Minimum Requirements 2 – 10 + years professional experience (junior-mid to senior). Strong proficiency in TypeScript + React/Next.js and Python/Django or Node/NestJS . Solid SQL and Postgres knowledge (indexes, migrations, query optimisation). Experience with Git workflows, pull requests, and code review standards. Working knowledge of AWS / S3 / GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD systems. Understanding of authentication, RBAC, and application security principles. Nice-to-Have Exposure to vector search or embeddings ( pgvector , FAISS). Event-driven design (queues), caching (Redis), async jobs (Celery/Bull). Analytics pipelines, feature flagging, or experiment frameworks. Prior involvement in SaaS platforms with ≥ 10 000 MAU. We are now hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer / Workflow Architect to design and implement this cross-company automation infrastructure, enabling high-speed execution, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the entire VAYNE Global group. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi , with flexibility for remote work. The AI Automation Engineer / Workflow Architect will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and maintaining automation systems that power operations across VIONIX™, VARUNÉ™, VYRONIS™, and VITUS Law. The role involves designing multi-step workflows, integrating APIs, building AI-driven tools, automating sales and PR processes, architecting Notion dashboards, and developing internal AI agents for business, creative, and scientific tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, PR, Creative, Legal, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate business requirements into automated, scalable systems. This position requires strong technical judgment, creativity in system design, and an ability to deliver mission-critical automation supporting areas such as pharma workflow optimisation, luxury brand operations, biotech research coordination, regulatory documentation, and founder-level intelligence systems. You will play a key role in building the digital nervous system of a rapidly growing multi-company organisation. Qualifications Proven experience in automation engineering, AI workflow design, or systems integration , ideally across multi-department or multi-company environments Strong proficiency with tools such as Zapier, Make.com, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, Google Workspace, HubSpot/Airtable/Notion , and related integration platforms Hands-on experience designing and maintaining end-to-end automation pipelines , including error handling, logging, data syncing, and performance optimisation Ability to build AI-assisted workflows , including prompt engineering, LLM integrations, automated document generation, data extraction, and intelligent agent-based processes Familiarity with automation for creative operations, PR systems, sales pipelines, and regulatory workflows is highly advantageous Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose integration failures, workflow bottlenecks, and system inefficiencies Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex operational requirements into elegant technical solutions Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Information Systems, Robotics , or a related technical field
