JOB POSITION
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous QA Engineer, who will be responsible for testing all requirements for our leader communications. The incumbent will report to Manager - Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Principal Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise software design and architecture. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in Java , Node.js , and React.js , with extensive experience in microservices-based systems , multi-cloud environments (AWS and Microsoft Azure) , and AI integration using large language models (LLMs) . A strong background in healthcare technology , along with team leadership and architectural governance , is essential. Familiarity with AWS Lambda, SNS, Pinpoint, and SES is preferred. - Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive end-to-end architecture for scalable microservices applications.
- Architect full-stack solutions utilizing Java, Node.js, and React.js.
- Lead architectural decisions, technology evaluations, and design reviews.
- Design cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams in implementation aligned with architecture standards.
- Design AI solution frameworks incorporating LLMs into enterprise platforms.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA and HL7.
- Provide guidance on the use of AWS services such as Lambda, SNS, Pinpoint, and SES for messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record designing and delivering distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native design for AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Deep experience with enterprise healthcare systems and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge in deploying and integrating large language models (LLMs).
- Effective leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in fine arts/ design
EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years of experience in the field of design including internal and corporate communications
- Experience in the marketing/communication department of organizations/agencies
