AI Architect

As a GenAI Architect at BlitzenX, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within the Insurance domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and leading the development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions specifically tailored for Insurance use cases. - Collaborating with BlitzenX Leaders to define AI strategy, solution blueprints, and innovation roadmaps. - Designing and building scalable PoCs, MVPs, and production-grade solutions using state-of-the-art GenAI tools and frameworks. - Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning. - Engaging with Clients to present Points of Views, conduct workshops, and communicate the value of GenAI solutions with compelling storytelling and technical depth. - Ensuring Engineering Excellence by implementing best practices in TDD, BDD, DevSecOps, and microservices architecture. Required Skills & Experience: - Expertise in AI/ML & GenAI - Hands-on experience with various GenAI frameworks and Agentic AI tools - Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and orchestration - Strong background in Engineering & Architecture, including Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevSecOps, TDD/BDD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Leadership & Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, experience in client-facing roles, and leading cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field - Certifications in AI/ML and Cloud (GCP or Azure) will be advantageous - Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in the P&C space, is a strong plus If you join BlitzenX, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation in the Insurance industry, work with a visionary leadership team, build solutions that impact BlitzenX's Insurance Clients, and enjoy a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.,
