AI and Digital Apps Specialist

We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven AI and Digital Applications Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and digital platforms like Salesforce and Enterprise Data Warehouse across the organization. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional digital experiences for both internal and external stakeholders Job Location: World Trade Center, Rajajinagar Working days: Monday to Saturday (Second and Fourth Saturdays off) Work timings: 9:30 am to 6:15 pm Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute the organizations AI roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications across departments (e.g., automation, predictive analytics etc). Digital Applications Management: Lead the lifecycle management of enterprise digital applications (CRM, ERP, collaboration tools, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful rollouts. Ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing digital platforms. Project & Vendor Management: Manage AI and digital transformation projects from concept to completion. Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and solution providers. Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain data quality and integrity. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in digital applications management Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise software like Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP etc Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex digital projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills. Preferred Skills: Certifications in AI/ML, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). Experience with tools like TensorFlow, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow. Familiarity with data visualization, RPA, and low-code/no-code platforms.
