Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an AI Agent Creator (Prompt Engineer). The AI Agent Creator will design, test, and refine prompts to ensure effective performance of AI agents. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying natural language processing (NLP) and AI principles, assessing AI-generated output, and creating innovative solutions to improve communication with users. Monitoring and optimizing AI behavior in real-time to enhance decision-making and self-optimization will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, and AI tools and frameworks
• Strong ability in crafting, testing, and refining prompts for goal-driven AI behavior
• Proficiency in analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing AI-generated output
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating on AI-driven projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to enhance AI efficiency
• Exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Prior experience in conversational AI technologies is a plus
