Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement target-driven sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve revenue goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Product Promotion & Education: Promote and educate clients about the unique benefits and features of our agricultural products to enhance brand awareness and sales. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Travel & Business Expansion: Be willing to travel as required to meet clients, explore new markets, and grow the business.
