About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

Machinery Maintenance:

Regularly check and maintain tractors, farm tools, bore wells, and other equipment.
Arrange repairs when needed and ensure everything is in working condition.

Building and Facilities Upkeep:

Take care of the farm buildings, including fixing air conditioners, plumbing, and small repairs.
Supervise any construction or repair work on the farm.

Inventory Management:

Keep a proper record of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Order and restock items as needed.
Organize and store items safely and neatly.

Farm Cleanliness:

Make sure the farm is clean and tidy every day.
Manage waste disposal and ensure everything is kept in good shape.

Vendor and Worker Coordination:

Work with local service providers, repair technicians, and suppliers for maintenance and repairs.

Team Supervision:

Lead and guide any helpers or workers on the farm.
Train workers on how to handle machines and equipment safely.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience working on farms or handling machinery and maintenance work.
Basic knowledge of how to fix or maintain machines, plumbing, or electrical systems.
Ability to organize and manage tools and spare parts properly
.
Good at planning work and solving problems.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience operating tractors and farm machines.
