Agri sales Intern

As an Agri Sales Intern at Katyayani Organics in Bhopal, you will have the opportunity to engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to understand their needs. Your key responsibilities will include recommending appropriate products based on crop lifecycle and customer requirements, generating and converting leads through effective product communication, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, maintaining accurate and updated customer data in CRM systems, and responding to customer queries promptly and professionally. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - BSc/MSc/MBA (Agriculture) graduates - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good negotiation and persuasion abilities - Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams - Quick learner, adaptable to agri-sales and rural market conditions - Proficiency in Hindi or English (mandatory) This is a 3-month full-time paid internship with a possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for high performers.
