As a highly experienced professional in Commercial Vehicle Services with a minimum of 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple workshops in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Your primary duties will include approving documentation for all maintenance activities, creating improvement plans for maintenance processes, and ensuring the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations. You will play a crucial role in implementing enhanced maintenance regimes to improve the reliability of passenger car systems. This will involve leading technical recovery, complex fault analysis, and testing of passenger cars and systems, as well as managing the overall implementation of the passenger car maintenance regime. In addition to managing the annual budget for the department, you will also be responsible for overseeing multiple contractors to ensure that safety requirements, operating standards, and quality standards are met. Monitoring the workshop's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be vital, along with providing technical guidance to maintenance teams and recommending vendors based on proposal evaluation and cost. Your qualifications for this role should include a Technical Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), in-depth knowledge of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services. You should have experience in conducting performance evaluations, proven success in a managerial role, strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, as well as the ability to develop and achieve financial plans. Moreover, you should possess the capability to motivate and lead employees effectively, hold them accountable, and have a strong working knowledge of workshop operational procedures.
