Job Summary: Evermark Developers & Promoters is hiring an experienced AGM – Sales to lead and expand our real estate sales operations in Kurali. The ideal candidate will have a strong channel partner (CP) network, proven leadership in real estate sales, and the ability to drive high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and close deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong CP network in Kurali and surrounding areas
• Must have own conveyance for local travel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
