Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹15 Lakh p.a. (Negotiable)Experience: 12–15+ Years

Position: Assistant General Manager – Marketing (Solar Structures)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for solar structures (module mounting structures, fabrication, EPC-related).
• Handle B2B & Institutional sales across India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with solar EPCs, developers, and project consultants.
• Lead a team of marketing executives and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS, and business plans to management.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) + MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in marketing of solar structures / renewable energy / fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar project requirements & structure design basics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across India for business development.
