Job Title:

end-to-end land and legal activities

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
title search, verification, and due diligence
for project land.
Draft, review, and execute
lease deeds, sale deeds, and related legal agreements
.
Manage
land acquisition, registration, and mutation processes
.
Ensure
compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
.
Coordinate with
law firms, local authorities, and project teams
.
Liaise with
government and revenue departments
for approvals.
Maintain
MIS and reports
for all land and legal activities.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
land laws, real estate documentation, and project approvals
.
Experience in
renewable energy, solar, or wind projects
preferred.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills.
High level of
integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
