Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at J G HOSIERY PRIVATE LIMITED located in Tiruppur Taluka. The AGM will oversee daily operations, manage resources, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive overall business performance. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, maintaining production schedules, improving operational efficiency, and managing budgets. The AGM will also handle customer relationships and provide leadership to achieve business goals. Responsible for completion of UAT, S/4 HANA Implementation. Qualifications Experience in managing operations and resources in a production environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets, production schedules, and operational efficiency Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance Problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree or Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred Experience in the hosiery or textile industry is a plus Must be able to speak and understand Tamil Budget 18- 21 L Must have handon experience in either of the one Module in SAP with atleast 8-10 yrs exp in MM/SD/PP Show more Show less
