Job Description

- Responsible for Multiple Plants. - Leading a team of 8-12 HR & IR - Should have handled 2500-4000 Manpower - Drive HR & IR Initiatives and common culture based on Group Values - Management of Blue collared workforce in Seasonal business environment. - Drive Cost saving initiatives and rationalize the expenses. - Liaison with Statutory authorities in AP and TN - Work on Statutory Compliance framework and monitoring - Identify critical people issues and resolve proactively. - Promote Engagement and Welfare - Work on various MIS for strong controls. - Collaborate with Business/ Plant Head for execution of Key decisions. - Managing Time Office team - Strong in Liasioning and Networking - Good rapport with local authorities. - Person grown up from Plant HR background. - Sound Knowledge on Local Statutes and compliances. - Worked in Chennai region and preferably some experience in handling large Contingency Manpower. - Flexible in Peer relationship management. - Knowledge of Regional Language is mandatory.
