AGM Hospital Architect

As a Senior Architect specializing in Healthcare Design, you will play a crucial role in leading the design management of multispecialty hospital projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include overseeing master planning, space programming, schematic design, and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with national and international healthcare standards such as NABH, JCI, and FGI Guidelines. Collaboration with clinical, operational, and engineering teams will be essential to embed functionality, patient flow, and clinical efficiency in the design. You will review and approve architectural and MEP drawings, manage relationships with external consultants, conduct design audits, and resolve conflicts as needed. Additionally, you will evaluate project risks, propose solutions to minimize cost escalations and delays, and present design proposals to senior management and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and be a registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA), India. A Master's degree in Architecture, Healthcare Design, or Project Management would be preferred. You should have a minimum of 12-18 years of architectural experience, with at least 8 years in hospital/healthcare design, leading the design of multiple multispecialty hospitals with 300+ beds. Your expertise should encompass a strong understanding of healthcare planning, medical equipment integration, infection control, and hospital operational workflows. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-based coordination is required, along with exceptional knowledge of hospital design standards and codes. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for design excellence are key attributes for success in this role. As a mentor to junior architects, you will also support knowledge sharing within the design team. Your ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while managing competing priorities will be critical to achieving project success.,
