AGM Hospital Architect

You will be responsible for leading the design management of multispecialty hospital projects from concept to completion. This includes overseeing master planning, space programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation in coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve ensuring all design elements comply with national and international healthcare standards such as NABH, JCI, and FGI Guidelines. Collaboration with clinical, operational, and engineering teams will be essential to embed functionality, patient flow, and clinical efficiency in the design. Additionally, you will review and approve architectural and MEP drawings, manage relationships with various consultants, conduct design audits, evaluate project risks, and present design proposals to senior management.
