Job Description

QA Head Foundry Overview : QA Head must Have Good Knowledge in All Foundry Proces, Machining Activities & Experience in Handling Automotive Customers, He Should Work Closely In The Various Department For Analysis & Reduction of Rejection & Customer Complaints , He will be Responsible for Handling All Types of Audits, Documentation , by Creating System Across Departments Experience : 15/20Yearas Education- DME/BE Mech, Metallurgy Skills : a) Experience in SG & CI iron (FOUNDRY)Casting Manufacturing b) Experience in All Foundry Process c) Familirity with ( IATAF& ISO) QMS & IMS Customer Specific Requests d) Knowledge of Foundry Defects & Remedies e) Proficiency in Data Analysis & Use of Different Softwares f) Fluent English Communication & Interpersonal Skills Key Responsibilities : a) Process Control in All Departments b) Customer Handling CAPA , 8D Submission c) Familirity with ( IATAF& ISO) QM & LMS Customer Specific Requests d)Overall Quality Management e) APQP, PPAP Documentation & Execution f) COPQ & COQ Analysis & Overall Management g) Final Quality Inspection Including Dimenstion of NDT etc h) Planning & Execution of Various Activities at All m/c Vendors i) Rejection Review Analysis & Taking Corrective Action j) Laison with Different Calibration Bodies & Arranging Audits Personal Attributes: a) Highly Oragnised & Detail Oriented b) Proactive & Self Motivated c) Strong Team Working & Collabrative Capablity d) Adaptive & Open to Change
