Job Description:

Location : Mumbai( Ghatkopar)

Responsible To

Administratively : Regional Finance Controller and Mumbai Branch Head & Functionally :

Job Involves The Following Linkages : Within the Organization:

• All departments / Branches /Divisions/Intercompanies of the Group
• Internal auditors
• Taxation Team
• NVO Corporate Team

Outside the Organization:

• Banks
• Vendors
• Customers
• Auditors

Key Areas :

• Monthly Mumbai - NVOCC Branch MIS & other related reports.
• Preparation of Quarterly & Yearly Balance Sheet & involved in various closing activities.
• To supervise the team of people and also overseeing /Directing/ Assisting all Staff in their daily activities / challenges / issues of customers/Vendors/Branches/Banks.
• To handle all Process Improvements/SOP & implementations of the same
• Liaising with Internal Auditors /Statutory Auditors for all Clarifications/Business Process understanding during audit period & providing all reports required by them, reports discussion
• Liaising with Banks to facilitate smooth day to day operation
• Liaisoing With Vendor for Tax related matters
• Liaisoing with Customers for requirements/clarifications
• Yearly Budget preparation for Mumbai & application to various areas
• To deal in software related issues/mapping/Customisation/creation of masters.
• Timely Reconcilation/Rectification of Books of accounts/ledgers
• Ensuring smooth flow of Cash Counter activities
• Preparing Additional Reports regularly when required by management ,Seniors & HOD's & additional work regularly allotted by HOD, tackling daily issues
• Resolving GST issues.
• Assistance in co-ordination & verification of IFC samples rolled out by the auditors.
• Assisting in preparation and analysis of data required by the Auditors for quarter closing & year closing.
• To Visit all Mumbai branches including operations to co-ordinate.
