Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related information technology Technical Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in C# development, with expertise in .NET framework. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers. Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. Strong knowledge of C# language features, including LINQ, async/await, and generics. Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core. Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with database systems, preferably SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable C# and Java applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in C# and Java development and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development team. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates on project status and escalate issues as needed.
