As a Head of Training at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, your primary responsibility will be to drive the Technical Training & Capability Development agenda across manufacturing units. Specifically, in the role of Head of Training for Formulation Manufacturing, based in Dholka, Ahmedabad with coverage in Dholka, Udaipur & Jammu, you will lead the Training & Development function to enhance technical, behavioral, and compliance capability. Your key focus areas will include designing and implementing a robust learning framework aligned with business goals, driving GMP, EHS, and technical training programs for all levels, and building a strong culture of learning, certification, and continuous improvement. In the role of Head of Training for API Manufacturing, based in Ankleshwar with coverage in Ankleshwar & Dahej, you will lead the technical capability agenda for API units by strengthening functional expertise and compliance excellence. Your key responsibilities will include developing and deploying an API Training Framework, conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and measuring impact, and partnering with plant leadership to make training a business enabler. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 15-20 years in Formulations / API Manufacturing. - Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering; L&D or HR specialization preferred. - Strong technical knowledge with proven training design & delivery expertise. - Level: AGM / DGM (based on experience). - Background in marquee organizations is essential.
