Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of solar projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget compliance. Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and milestones. Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety codes, and regulatory standards. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation, with regular updates and modifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) for approvals, work schedules, and progress reviews. Ensure quality assurance, compliance with industry standards, and successful project outcomes. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to all local, state, and international regulations. Work with legal and regulatory teams to secure necessary permits and approvals. Implement and maintain best practices in quality control and project execution. Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize delays and disruptions. Address operational challenges and resolve project issues efficiently. Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the solar energy sector, both domestically and internationally. Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and achieve growth targets. Build and nurture strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations. Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure new projects. Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to develop innovative solutions. Key Skills and Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera. Strong knowledge of electrical and structural principles related to solar applications. Proven leadership abilities with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in business development and strategic market expansion in the renewable energy sector. Strong analytical and financial management skills to optimize project performance and profitability. At least 8-10 years of experience managing solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 2 GW or more. Demonstrated ability to handle domestic and international project portfolios.
