AGM / DGM International Business (Exports Head)

As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM) of International Business (Exports Head) at our Mumbai location within the International Business department, you will report to the President of Operations or the Director. With a solid background of 18-20 years in International Business, preferably with overseas exposure, you will be a key player in the Building Materials / Tiles / Marble industry. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and expand international sales for NITCO. This entails spearheading exports, managing global client relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from lead generation to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire International Business function - Generate leads, present products, negotiate, and successfully close deals - Supervise order processing, logistics, and collections - Manage client visits, exhibitions, and contribute to market development - Address customer concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of foreign trade and international markets.
