AGM Corporate Strategy

The position of AGM Strategy with an MNC Life Insurance firm based in Gurgaon at the Corporate Office falls under the MD Office department with a focus on the Strategy sub-department. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Products, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and executing long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability across various levels of the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with the Executive Team, Enterprise, Business, and Functional Leaders to shape the corporate strategy direction and explore new opportunities in the market through thorough market research. Your main responsibilities include formulating, designing, and implementing corporate strategies aligned with the company's vision, leading strategic planning activities, and tracking progress on business plan execution. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive business intelligence and performance management strategy, conducting financial studies and forecasts, and assessing risks for new initiatives. It will be crucial for you to conduct in-depth analyses of company operations, market trends, and competitor assessments to enhance strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. You will also be responsible for evaluating internal business plans, preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders, and promoting customer centricity within the organization. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA from a premier business school with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, preferably in a similar strategy role within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
