Job Description

As an AGM- Contracts & Presales at Inox Solar Limited, your role involves handling Business Development, Tendering, Proposals, Sales, and Contract management for both B2G and B2B segments. Your responsibilities include: - Negotiating & introducing risk mitigation clauses to minimize contractual risks - Creating account strategies to guide account engagement activities and grow account revenue - Managing stakeholder register and engagement plan to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders - Managing contracts throughout customer lifecycle ensuring timely execution of supplies - Tracking key dates, contract versions, approval workflows, and central repositories - Leading contracts negotiation, closure, post-closure contract administration, and execution - Retaining customers and increasing value-based services through upselling activities In terms of Business Development, you will be responsible for: - Analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and industry overview to enhance sales & marketing strategy - Market segmentation for international geographies including US, Europe & APAC&ME - Managing relationships with nodal agencies like SECI, MNRE, NTPC, SJVN, NHPC for business development & networking For Sales Operation, you will be expected to: - Standardize data repositories with opportunity-related data - Review and revise proposal and pricing templates for uniform consumption - Manage demand funnel using Salesforce for internal review, sales reporting, and overall demand planning - Utilize CRM portal to help teams manage relationships, track interactions, and improve sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: B.E/B.Tech + MBA - Preferred Qualification: B.E/B.Tech + MBA Functional Skills Required: - Contract Management - Business Development - Sales Operations & CRM tools operations Experience Required: - Total of 15+ years of experience - Relevant experience of 10+ years in the relevant field Join Inox Solar Limited and be part of a dynamic team driving the growth and success of the solar energy industry.
