PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures.

LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing)

PreEngineered Building (PEB)

Responsibilities:

• Prepares annual civil budget & plan for approved civil (construction & maintenance) requirements/projects.
• Review civil project requirements and coordinates with architects for designs/estimates.

• Prepare and review accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all projects, ensuring Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are optimized for cost efficiency and material utilization.

• Ensure tenders are in place for bill of quantity to be sourced and follow up with procurement for dispatch of materials to project sites.
• Periodically visit project sites and monitor the progress of various civil,

  , and other maintenance works.
• Reviews daily labour and work reports and ensure civil works are carried out as per agreed timelines, cost, quality & safety parameters.
• Scrutinize various bills/vouchers and forward the same to HOD for approval.
• Coordinates with contractors, finance department for any issues/queries relating to bills payments/clarifications.
• Prepares various reports on planning estimates, bill of quantities and progress of civil works for top management review, on a periodical basis.
• Works with respective unit heads for minor civil repair/maintenance works and ensure their completion as per timelines, cost, quality and safety parameters.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, ensure that any change to project scope is documented and approved.
• Lead the team to provide effective control and the maximum level of output for civil projects/maintenance plans.
• Carries out final closure of all projects in hand and ensure the documentation of projects handled.
• Attends to internal/external audits and provide necessary information in consultation with HOD.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of performance management system by seeking/providing regular feedback, conducting formal reviews, and identifying training and development needs.
• Discharge any additional roles and responsibilities as directed by Management from time to time.
