Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Finance and Management reporting
Lead monthly Performance review, variance analysis.
Lead the commercial/finance function Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing .
Collaborate with functional heads to provide financial insights for operational and strategic decisions.
Drive pricing strategies, margin improvement initiatives, and cost-benefit analyses.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial accountability.
Evaluate financial viability of new business opportunities and strategic investments.
Drive Fiscal Incentives
Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor actuals vs. budget and implement cost control measures.
Audit & Compliance
Support internal and statutory audits
Drive SOPs and Policies along with the CFO
Treasury & Working Capital Management
Liaise with banks for term loans and working capital syndication.
Team Leadership
Mentor and manage finance and accounts team.
Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

• Working Knowledge of SAP

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in manufacturing sectors is a plus.
