As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Brand Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the brand image and perception. Your strategic mindset and creative leadership will drive impactful advertising campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and leverage market research insights for targeted marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include leading advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility, utilizing consumer insights for data-driven marketing, strategizing social media campaigns, overseeing the creation of marketing collaterals aligned with the brand voice, producing brand films and visual content, and managing media planning and buying for optimal campaign reach and ROI. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college with exceptional marks, possess 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing (preferably in FMCG or Consumer Tech industries), showcase collaborative leadership skills, and have a strong grasp of programmatic advertising, social media tools, and brand architecture frameworks. Additional exposure to Film Making, Digital Marketing, and Advertising will be considered a plus.
