As an Area Retail Lead at Vodafone Idea Limited, your role is crucial in driving the Customer First agenda by focusing on providing unmatched customer experience, winning in the market place, leveraging on footprint leadership, and delivering big bets for driving future growth. Key Responsibilities: - Champion TNPS @ Retail to embed it as a way of life in the Zone - Collaborate with the Circle team to gain TNPS insights & make necessary corrections at stores - Improve conversions for 4G SIM upgrade, base verification, MVA based on AOP targets - Implement customer journey & ongoing marketing campaigns to be part of monthly EQ audit as per AOP targets - Focus on value points for Acquisition & Upsell as per Zonal expansion plan interventions to enhance store productivity and drive business Qualifications Required: - Analytical & Problem Solving Skills - Bachelors/MBA with 8-10 years of experience About the Company: Vodafone Idea Limited is an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group partnership, leading India's telecom service provider offering voice and data services across 2G, 3G, and 4G platforms.
