Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products on time, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Ensure compliance with Scrum framework principles by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

6-9 years of experience in an Agile environment as a SAFe Certified Product Owner or similar role.
Strong understanding of Kanban boards (Jira) and ability to create detailed product backlogs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT services & consulting industry.
