1) Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies 2) Experience in project management software tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
3) Experience in writing technical documentation 4) Experience in program delivery or project management, preferably within a technology-focused environment 5) Experience in leading project teams with a track record of successful project delivery

2) Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions and innovative solutions 3) Knowledge of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development 4) Certification in SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), SA (SAFe Agilist), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
