Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C# and experience in building AI/ML applications.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop autonomous systems with safety, guardrails, observability, and fallback mechanisms.
Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, configuration management, and backend services.
Collaborate in an agile environment, handling fast-paced experimentation and iteration.
Work on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and multi-step reasoning.
Develop and implement agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MS Agentic Framework, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, or equivalents.
Ensure strong debugging, problem-solving, and system-design skills.

Job Requirements

Strong programming skills in C# with experience in building AI/ML applications.
Hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and multi-step reasoning.
Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, MS Agentic Framework, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, or equivalents.
Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, GenAI models (LLMs, embeddings).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, Azure AI Search, embeddings, and grounding techniques.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
Ability to design autonomous systems with safety, guardrails (Content filters, safety policies, Constraining tool access and outputs), observability, and fallback mechanisms.
Passion for innovation and desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with Gen AI.
Experience with Healthcare will be an added advantage.
