Job Description

Design and implement
autonomous AI agents
using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
Develop multi-agent systems using frameworks such as
MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel
.
Architect
end-to-end agent workflows
that include reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
Integrate AI agents with
APIs, databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
, and enterprise applications.
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for task-specific use cases (RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation).
Implement
Observability, safety, and guardrails
for AI agents (feedback loops, alignment).
Work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Contribute to research and PoCs around emerging
Agentic AI patterns and frameworks
.
Optimize AI agent performance for
memory
,
latency, scalability, and cost efficiency
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of Software/AI development experience with at least 2+ years in GenAI.
Strong programming skills in
Python/JavaScript
(experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js is a plus).
Hands-on expertise with
LLMs
(OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
Experience with
LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP or similar agentic frameworks
.
Cloud deployment experience (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI).
Understanding of
prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation
.
Familiarity with
MLOps practices
(CI/CD for AI, model monitoring).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Qualifications
