Agentic AI Engineer

Your role will involve leveraging machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies to create intelligent analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Development of multi-agent AI workflows for autonomous decision-making and task execution, and agent-to-agent communication. - Integration of large language models (LLMs), APIs, environments, or agents for enhanced execution and decision-making. - Optimization of AI models for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. - Monitoring AI behavior to ensure security, privacy, and ethical AI practices in all deployments. - Implementation of RAG pipelines to enhance contextual retrieval and knowledge grounding. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhance existing ones. - Ensuring adherence to all quality controls and processes. - Researching and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science techniques. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field. - Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of ML frameworks. - Familiarity with Agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks) and LLM orchestration. - Must possess a problem-solving mindset.
