Role Overview: As a Salesforce AI Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of intelligent agent solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve architecting and implementing GenAI-powered workflows, providing strategic advisory to enterprise customers, and helping scale innovation across complex client engagements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, executive engagement, and visionary thinking to deliver tangible AI outcomes within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce and Salesforce AI. - Lead full-stack implementation across Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and AI orchestration frameworks. - Rapidly build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate concepts and accelerate customer buy-in. - Integrate Salesforce CRM with external systems and AI endpoints. - Design secure and scalable data architectures to support GenAI workflows. - Collaborate with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks, although not mandatory. - Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to shape solution strategy during pre-sales and discovery. - Translate business goals into technical blueprints and high-impact roadmaps. - Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder enablement. - Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout delivery and beyond. - Identify technical risks, resolve implementation blockers, and guide customer enablement. - Represent Voice of Customer to Product teams to influence roadmap and features. Qualifications Required: - Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is mandatory. - Minimum of 8 years in customer-facing technical roles across AI, CRM, or Data Architecture. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, or Industry Clouds). - Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and system integration. - Experience implementing LLM-based solutions with orchestration and prompt design. - Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead strategic technical discussions. - Strong communication and visualization skills such as whiteboarding, solution storytelling, and executive briefings.
