Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations across all client accounts
- Manage timelines, delivery schedules, and team workflows
- Coordinate with creative, performance, and strategy teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Build, document, and improve SOPs and internal systems
- Monitor team productivity and performance metrics
- Handle client coordination and operational escalations
- Track project costs, margins, and overall profitability
- Support leadership in scaling agency operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience managing agency operations
- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Ability to balance quality, timelines, and profitability
- Process-driven mindset with hands-on execution ability
