Agency Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical, real estate, telecom, and insurance sectors.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 6 years

  of experience in sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical, real estate, telecom, or insurance sectors.
• Proven experience in field sales and managing a sales team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
