Agency Manager - Mehsana

Role Overview: As an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, your primary role is to enable the achievement of key business outcomes, build a quality Agency by focusing on the quality of hire and skilling, and ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements. You will play a crucial role in achieving business plans, managing recruitment, activation, premium collection, persistency, and ensuring that agents are engaged, motivated, and productive. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving incentive schemes, supporting agents in liaison with the headquarters, managing channel conflicts, and achieving product-wise targets and profitability. Team building through goal setting, regular monitoring, mentoring, field observation, and agent visits will also be integral parts of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Business Plans by managing all parameters of the business - Recruit, activate, and ensure premium collection from agents - Monitor case rate, case count, and persistency - Engage, motivate, and ensure productivity of agents - Drive incentive and recognition schemes - Support agents in addressing their requirements and concerns - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms - Manage channel conflicts within the team - Understand agents" business deeply for identifying opportunities for revenue generation - Set goals for agents and provide regular review and mentoring - Conduct field observations and demonstrations with the agency force Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute - 4-6 years of relevant work experience Additional Company Details: Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited, a joint venture between Fettle Tone LLP and the Bupa Group, is one of the fastest-growing standalone health insurers in India.
