Agency Manager - Bhavnagar

Role Overview: As an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company in Bhavnagar, your primary role is to enable the achievement of key business outcomes by building a quality Agency through recruitment, activation, premium collection, and ensuring adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements. You will play a crucial role in managing all parameters of the business, recruitment, activation, premium collection, persistency, and ensuring agent engagement, motivation, and productivity. Your goal is to drive incentive and recognition schemes to exceed benchmarks, support agents in liaising with the head office, and manage channel conflicts within the team. Moreover, you will be responsible for achieving product-wise targets, profitability, and seeking opportunities for business development and revenue generation by understanding the agents" business in depth. Key Responsibilities: - Enable achievement of key business outcomes - Build a quality Agency by focusing on quality of hire and skilling - Ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements - Manage recruitment, activation, premium collection, case rate, case count, and persistency - Engage, motivate, and ensure the productivity of agents through strong relationships - Drive incentive and recognition schemes to exceed benchmarks - Support agents in liaising with the head office for addressing their requirements/concerns - Ensure full compliance with regulatory norms - Manage channel conflicts within the team - Achieve product-wise targets and profitability - Understand agents" business in depth and seek opportunities for business development and revenue generation - Set goals for all agents in the team - Review, monitor, and mentor relationships to ensure goal achievement - Conduct regular field observations, demonstrations, and agent visits Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute - 4-6 years of relevant work experience Company Details: Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited, a joint venture between Fettle Tone LLP and the Bupa Group, is a rapidly growing Stand Alone Health Insurer in India.
