Agency Manager - Amravati

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager in the position of Agency Manager, your primary role will be to enable the achievement of key business outcomes by focusing on building a quality Agency through recruitment, activation, premium collection, and ensuring persistency. You will be responsible for managing all parameters of the business, driving incentive and recognition schemes, and supporting Agents in addressing their requirements. Additionally, you will be required to manage channel conflicts, set goals for Agents, and provide regular monitoring and mentoring to ensure goal achievement. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Business Plans by managing parameters such as recruitment, activation, premium collection, persistency, and product-wise targets - Ensure Agents are engaged, motivated, and productive by maintaining a strong relationship and constant induction and activation - Drive incentive and recognition schemes to exceed benchmark income for Agents - Support Agents in liaising with the Head Office for addressing their requirements and concerns - Ensure compliance with all norms set by regulators and the company - Manage channel conflicts within the team to maintain harmony - Understand Agents" business deeply to identify opportunities for development and revenue generation - Set goals for all Agents, conduct regular reviews, monitoring, and mentoring to track goal achievement - Conduct regular field observations, demonstrations, and agent visits to provide necessary support Qualification Required: - Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute - Experience: 4-6 years of relevant work experience - Key Functional Competencies: Convincing skills, product/insurance knowledge, continuous learning, technology proficiency, team work, problem-solving & analytical skills, compliance & regulatory knowledge, customer focus Additional Company Details: No additional details are provided in the job description.,
