Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and development of a high-performing team of Financial Advisors
  • Training, motivating, and guiding the team to ensure timely sales of insurance products
  • Providing regular product knowledge updates to the team
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of products and sales strategies
  • Driving business generation through the recruited Financial Advisors
  • Ensuring achievement of assigned targets and overall business goals

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates with sales experience in industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG are encouraged to apply
  • Should have strong people management and team-building skills
  • Prior experience in recruitment, training, or team handling will be an added advantage
