Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and development of a high-performing team of Financial Advisors
Training, motivating, and guiding the team to ensure timely sales of insurance products
Providing regular product knowledge updates to the team
Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of products and sales strategies
Driving business generation through the recruited Financial Advisors
Ensuring achievement of assigned targets and overall business goals

Preferred Background:

Candidates with sales experience in industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG are encouraged to apply
Should have strong people management and team-building skills
Prior experience in recruitment, training, or team handling will be an added advantage
