Agency Lead - Brand Sales/Partnership

As an Agency Lead, you will be responsible for driving partnerships with agencies and brands in the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry. Your main focus will be on acquiring bulk orders and onboarding clients to the platform. Leveraging your network and industry expertise, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and scaling operations. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies, media buyers, and brands to onboard them onto the platform. You will be presenting the platform's value proposition to potential partners, securing bulk orders, and long-term contracts. Additionally, you will analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft tailored offerings that meet client needs. Serving as the primary point of contact for agencies, you will ensure smooth onboarding and sustained engagement. Your role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success will be essential to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences. Regular reporting on client acquisition, revenue growth, and market insights will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess strong networking and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
