Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for an Agency Growth Manager. The Agency Growth Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the agency, driving sales growth, managing projects, and analyzing performance metrics. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and building strong relationships with agents. The role also involves providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
