Agency Development Manager- HEALTH INSURANCE

You will be joining our team in the Agency Channel as a Business Development Manager, where your main responsibility will be to recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to meet sales targets and drive business growth. Your role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and a successful track record in building and expanding agency networks. Your primary focus areas will include agency recruitment, training and development of agents, sales and revenue generation, and relationship management within the insurance sector. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a 3-year diploma, be aged below 35 years, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in BFSI/sales/field sales or field marketing. Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial, along with knowledge in banking insurance sales or any sales domain.
