Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with health insurance agents, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver effective agent development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions that drive business results.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Recruit IRDA agents and needs to do health insurance business through them

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in agency channel management or related field (health insurance preferred).
Strong understanding of agency sales principles, including recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing agents.
Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers or brokers.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with diverse audiences at all levels.
Ability to analyze data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
