Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with health insurance agents, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver effective agent development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions that drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Recruit IRDA agents and needs to do health insurance business through them

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in agency channel management or related field (health insurance preferred).
  • Strong understanding of agency sales principles, including recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing agents.
  • Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers or brokers.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
