Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aftersales Manager/Service Head, located in Surat. The primary responsibilities include managing aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing service delivery, and leading a team to achieve sales and service targets. The role involves regular interaction with customers, resolving service-related issues, and developing strategies to enhance aftersales service. Monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements are essential day-to-day tasks.
