Position Summary

Qualification:

Experience:

Key Deliverables:

Achieve
monthly sales and collection targets
as per the approved budget.
Plan and execute
brand-building and promotional activities
as per the monthly plan.
Develop and maintain strong
relationships across the channel
from distributors and WSDs to end consumers and mechanics.
Conduct
loyalty studies
and provide regular
market intelligence
on competitor activities, pricing, and product movements.
Handle a
multi-product portfolio
covering Passenger Vehicles, LCVs, M&HCVs, and Tractors.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.
Strong
analytical ability
to study product performance, field issues, and customer feedback.
Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal.
Exposure to
air brake systems and foundation brakes
will be an added advantage.
