After Effects Editor / Motion Graphics Artist

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Sri Gajanan E-slates PVT LTD is an eight-year-old company started by IIT alumni mainly focused

on e-content making and software development. We introduce Sri Gajanan E-

slates PVT LTD (e-Kalasaala) to provide our services to all the ITI, diploma, degree, and

engineering students studying in various government and private institutions. Our one-of-a-kind

online portal, www.ekalasaala.in, provides the needy support for graduates to carve their careers

in the best way possible.

EKALASAALA is a virtual learning platform built to overcome the barriers of career guidance for

the engineering graduates of CSE, ECE, EEE, and the mechanical and civil streams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Understand lesson concepts and learning objectives to design visuals that support student

understanding.

● Create Design and animate motion graphics elements such as titles, infographics, 2d animations,

and transitions. for e-learning courses, educational videos, and marketing campaigns.

● Apply keyframing, easing, expressions, and advanced animation techniques to create smooth and

dynamic visuals.

● Collaborate closely with instructional designers, animators, and subject matter experts to ensure

creative alignment.

● Maintain visual consistency across all learning platforms in line with brand guidelines.

● Incorporate feedback effectively and make revisions as needed to meet both creative and

educational goals.

● Research visual learning trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance learner engagement.

● Prepare final After effects files optimized for various digital platforms and maintain a well-

organized asset library.

● Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting quality and delivery deadlines.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Motion Graphic,2D Animation, VFX Composition

or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● 2+ years of professional experience as an Illustrator,After Effects preferably in the EdTech, e-

learning, or creative design sector.

● A strong portfolio showcasing educational or conceptual Motion Graphics / VFX Composition

● should have knowledge in Colour Correction, Compositing,2D

Animation, Element 3D, Intro Animation  

REQUIRED SKILLS

● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or equivalent 2d animation tools.

● Understanding of Motion Graphics, VFX Compositing, character digital bone rig, and strong

animation principles.

● Knowledge of Apply keyframing, easing, expressions, and advanced animation techniques to

create smooth and dynamic visuals.

● Combine multiple layers of video, images, and 3D elements to create seamless final shots.

● Perform tasks such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (green screen), and tracking.

● Use effects like particle systems, motion blur, glow, and simulation effects to enhance footage.

● Experience creating Templates and Intro animations for digital learning environments.
