Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve growth targets and expand the affiliate network.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value affiliate partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Lead the identification and onboarding of new affiliates to increase brand reach and revenue.
  • Strategically utilize Upfluence or similar platforms to discover, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate performance through KPIs, analytics, and reporting tools, providing insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with internal teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Influencer Marketing and Upfluence Expertise:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all influencer-related activities, leveraging Upfluence to manage campaigns effectively.
  • Design and execute influencer campaigns that integrate seamlessly with affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate the success of influencer collaborations and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Products & Site Rating Management:

  • Oversee and manage the brand's online reviews, ratings, and overall digital reputation on platforms like Yotpo, Google, and industry-specific review sites.
  • Develop strategies to proactively improve ratings and encourage positive customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with customer service and product teams to address and resolve negative reviews or recurring issues.
  • Track and analyze trends in customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction with CS team.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports on reputation performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strategic and Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership and insights to guide affiliate and reputation management strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Manage budgets related to affiliate and reputation campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships with key partners and affiliates.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior or executive role focused on affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or online reputation management.
  • Expertise with tools like Upfluence and other affiliate/influencer management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, trends, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage online reviews and reputation with a focus on improving customer sentiment and ratings.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
